What is SIPMILE?

SIPMILE is a running app that helps you build a consistent running habit. It combines personalized training plans, run tracking, and a unique coffee-run concept — where your runs end at a café — to give you a reason to get out the door.

Is SIPMILE only for beginners?

Not at all. SIPMILE works for beginners, people returning to running, and experienced runners who want more consistency. Our plans range from 5K to half marathon, and the coffee-run motivation works at any level.

What is a coffee run?

A coffee run is a run where you choose a nearby café as your destination. SIPMILE builds a route that ends at the café, so you have a tangible goal and a reward waiting at the finish: the coffee you earned.

What is the 100-day plan?

The 100-day plan is SIPMILE's guided running program. It starts small — sometimes just a walk-run — and gradually builds your distance and consistency over 100 days. It's designed to make running stick, not burn you out.

Do I need to buy coffee through the app?

No. SIPMILE doesn't sell coffee or partner with specific cafés at this stage. You pick any café you like — your favourite local spot, a place you've been meaning to try — and the app routes you there.

Is SIPMILE free?

SIPMILE is free to download. Some features may require a subscription. Details are available in the app.

What data does SIPMILE collect?

SIPMILE collects run data (distance, duration, route) and basic account information. We take your privacy seriously. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Is SIPMILE available on Android?

SIPMILE is currently available on iOS. Android support is being explored for the future.

Can I use SIPMILE without the coffee-run feature?

Yes. You can use SIPMILE purely as a run tracker with a plan. The coffee-run feature is there when you want it, but it's not required.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion through the app settings or by contacting us at privacy@sipmile.com. We'll process your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
